Is There A Charge For Personalization?

At Chad and Jake, personalization is always FREE!

Where Are Your Products Made?

Chad and Jake purchases the highest quality baby gifts we can find from all over the world. We embroider them on-site at our Boca Raton, Florida facility and ship them across the country.

What If I Made A Spelling Error On My Gift?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you've made a spelling error of any kind. If your order has already been completed, we will work with you to correct the error. We want you to be happy with every purchase from Chad and Jake!

Can My Order Be Gift Wrapped?

Yes!! Gift-wrapping is always FREE at Chad and Jake. Simply click the box requesting gift wrapping on the personalization page, and your order will be packaged in a gift box with coordinating tissue paper and ribbon. All gift baskets are packaged in shrink wrap with coordinating paper fill and ribbon for a beautiful gift presentation.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. If there is a quality issue with your order, it may be returned in its original condition in its original packaging for an exchange of the same item or a full refund. Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

What Credit Cards Does Chad and Jake Accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We can accept cards from any country.

Where Does Chad and Jake Ship?

Chad and Jake can ship anywhere that the United States Postal Service ships, including international addresses, PO boxes and military bases. If you have trouble placing an order to a specific address on the site, please call us at 877-386-5437 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How Long Does It Take To Receive An Order?

Chad and Jake ships most orders from its Boca Raton, FL facility. Most orders take 2-4 days to be sewn and shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with package tracking details. You will be able to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website.

Can I have my order rushed to receive it as soon as possible?

Of course! If you select the “Standard Overnight” option when you select your shipping choice, Chad and Jake will push your order to the top of the queue. All orders received after 12:00pm EST will be sewn and shipped the next business day. Your items will be shipped FedEx Standard Overnight, where it will arrive within 1-2 business days. Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax?

Chad and Jake must charge Florida sales tax to all orders being shipped to a destination in the state of Florida, where we operate. If your order is being shipped to another state, you will not be charged sales tax.

Does Chad and Jake Offer Free Shipping?

Chad and Jake offers free standard shipping for orders over $100 shipping to a single domestic location within the 48 contiguous states. For orders over $100 shipping to multiple domestic locations, the first shipment in the cart will ship for free. Free shipping does not apply to expedited orders, RUSH orders, orders shipped internationally, or orders shipped to US territories outside the 48 contiguous states.
